Experience of working for Alexander McQueen
Bettie began her fashion designer career in the UK. After receiving her degree at University of the Arts London, Bettie worked for the fashion studio of Alexander McQueen and Giles Deacon, where she gained an insightful perception and hands-on experience of bespoke British tailoring.
Bettie has participated in Alexander McQueen SS09 Collection, her main focus in this collection was the pattern design. Her design of hummingbirds has been turned into the McQueen signature – Skull, this was one of her creation with McQueen.
